Default 1978 Mustang Electrical Problem. Battery keeps dying!

Its a '78 Mustang (302 v8 ). For some reason it keeps draining the battery to where it wont start. We've replaced the voltage regulator, starter solinoid (sp), checked the alternator (autozone says its still good). The battery is brand new with new cables. What else could it be?

I dont know if its draining while driving only, or draining all the time. Im just about to pull my hair out on this one. Got any ideas?

check your wiring all around, make sure they are all cased well, and no metal to metal contact... you dont have subs in it do you? or any sort of amp running off the battery?

Sounds like you have a parasitice load on the battery. Check your hot wires, especially if you put in a new radio or amp. Plus I just went through 3 new alternators from auto zone. They all tested good in the store but not on the car.
