4.5-5 quarts on 2.8s with filter change, make sure to use a good 10w40 or 20w50 (10w40 for colder climates) oil as the factory fill would've been 20w40, 10w30 is a bit light for the solid lifter/roller rocker setup these cars had from the factory, and singleweight oils aren't a great idea in the fall/winter.
