Default 1978 Mustang II, starting problems

Okay, i have an old 78 i picked up, it ran when i got it a month ago, it had a new starter and solenoid. I put a new battery in it today and nothing happens, the door buzzer works and stays on ,but faint, when you close the door. Any ideas let me know.

sounds like the new battery is weak or you have a bad ground. Why did you replace the battery if it was running OK last Month? Bad alternator?. Check the battery for charge and connections.

Did the new battery come charged? Maybe it was sitting on the shelf for too long? Check all your connections and make sure you're getting good contact.
You could always try your old battery too.
