Who's going to the L.A. Autoshow? It starts this weekend and is on all week. Cathy and I are definately going.

Jesse and I, along with my dad, are going to follow Greg down Saturday morning. I called and left a message.

Anybody been to the L.A. Autoshow yet? Thinking of making the trip this coming weekend and was wondering what people who have gone thought of it. I hear Ford is not making any big splashes this year. What about Saleen and some of the other cars?

Went last Sunday, it sure was crowed! Just way too many people. Saleen had 3 cars they were, S-7, S-281E, and a S-281. Could not get a real good look though just way too many people. If you go, go early....we went before noon last Sunday and it was ok until about 1:00pm. Check out the MB's could not get close enough but there was supposed to be a car that you drive with a stick? Let me know, have fun and enjoy.

It was ok, we(myself, Gearhead Gred, JUSTNLX) went last Saturday, and it was pretty cool, but about the most exciting thing Ford had there was the Lighting Bolt, the 49 Ford, and the Ford EX, but it was dissapointing that there were no Cobras, SVT Focus', and the Cobra R, I mean they had the 94 BOSS at the Fabulous Fords show, but not at the LA Auto Show?

I did get to sit in a new Z06, Aniversery SS maro, and a standard vette. The Corvettes shifter is very nice, each gear is right there.

Ford also had a sweeeeet Woody Off the Explorer chassis I believe. Black with real wood sides and back. Sporting 19" wheels and dumped on the ground.

The car that got me going was BMW's Mni
That thing is nice. I'm 6"4" and I fit very comfortably in it. The red with white top and white 17" wheels real cool. Looks like a very fun car!
