Default Got a job today!

Guys,

I just wanted you all to share in my joy today...I was laid off in january and was pretty devistated. My self confidence was shot and I was really lost. I had been at my last job for 5 years and it was all I had ever known.

Well, after interviewing at a local car dealership, the GM called me today and offered me the job!

I've always wanted to sell cars, but I was too "afraid" to quit my "easy" job and try something new...now I'm "forced" to follow my dream and I couldnt be more happy with how it worked out.

Everything happens for a reason....stay positive everyone!

Later,
Jason

County,

As much as I would love to sell ford's one day, I took a job at the local Saturn dealership.

The opportunity and timing was there. Plus, I think Saturn's "no haggle" pricing strategy will allow me to ease into the business with less pressure.

I will always be a BLUE OVAL loyalists tho! LOL

Later,
Jason

Congrats on the new job. Sometimes we can't be too picky on where we start out. Work for Saturn and learn the sale field, then you can always move to another dealership later. I worked in the field years ago, and you do move around. I worked for 4 different dealers in only 3 years. Good luck to you.
