My Chevy pickup has roughly 250 lb/ft of torque at the flywheel... the only thing that was 250 lb/anything in that Miata was the fat chick in the passenger seat!
I still shouldn't have lost, but my pickup's timing keeps shifting back and forth a few degrees (worn timing chain, getting replaced next weekend) and it shifted just enough to cause a backfire, resulting not only in a loss of power, but my decision to abort the race.
Chevy lost huh?
Now, if you had only driven that Ford Thunderbird I keep hearing about.....

I assure you it is not an eaton blower. It is a screw type compressor originally manufactured by a company called Sprintex. Which is now part of a swedish company called OPCON AUTOROTOR. After they took over the design was further improved and the charger can produce power up to 1200 BHP. It was tested on a DB7 and proven far superior to an eaton roots. If you'd like you can contact the man who more or less designed the aj-6 and ask him. He worked for Jaguar design for many years and I have spoken with him myself. His company can easily build a supercharger that will take on and out perform any combination of turbos. They've been researching them for years and test their ideas daily and weekly on both roadcourse and strip.

I sooooo want to take him to the track and get my dinner.
A TSI AWD? Or the new catfish cars?
If it's a catfish, you can take him with the 3.8, if it's a TSI,
