My brother and my GM friends call it the "Disgustang". My wife took one from the movie Astronaut Farmer and calls it "
La otra mujer". It means the other woman. I try to divide my time equally.
I just bought my first Mustang! Its a 67 coupe. I am still trying to think of a name for her. I have 2 in mind.
The fist is "Yussie" My three year old calls them all Yustang and it is is the other women to my wife so it could mean Hussy also.
The other is "Sadie". I went to a small private school when I was in 6th and 7th grade and we only had 88 ppl from k5 to 12th grade. I was a water boy for the football team and knew the football captain. So at the school homecoming dance he called me over to dance with his beautiful girlfriend who was a cheerleader named Sadie. I was shy and he was trying to be helpful. Anyway, I cant really rember how she looked or talked but her car is what sticks out. It was a baby blue 1965 mustang coupe. She was my first crush and that is when I fell in love with mustangs.

66 coupe "Sparky": When we first bought it, I kept finding unwrapped wires, that -duh- would short out on the *metal* dash...and sparking at me. The name didn't hit me until I was under the steering wheel, it sparked, I jumped, slammed my head into the door frame, then cut my forehead on the wing window frame (DS window was rolled down), and swore like a sailor.
71 fastback "Miss Demeanor": I work in a court, and I wanted something obnoxiously "70's"...and voila. It was right there in front of me. It was either that or Felonius.
07 V6 "Annie": We took delivery on our anniversary. 'Nuf said.
And my judge named our truck (Big Ed). I have NO idea where he got it.

I named mine Bo.. most people say name a car after a girl.. BUT chicks dont have sticks!!.. i have a black 07 gt/cs and Bo is the perfect name for him! And my best friend had a red cobra she named Daisy..

You should have been there (or maybe you were?) at last summer's MNW Pony Trails...pulling in for the photo shoot, I tried to honk my horn, and what came out sounded like it was straight out of the movie "Little Miss Sunshine" - that old VW bus whose horn got stuck on . I was mortified. It sounded like a sick and/or dying duck. And then it came on - by itself - as we came over the pass. My husband jumped, and I just laughed...and I haven't had the guts to even TRY it again since.
So YES - tons of personality.

Mine's name is jennifer. it's been a favorite name of mine for a long time. plus it was robin's egg blue when i got it and it was a perfect name for it. Now it's white with red stripes and its still a great name for the colors and personality. I only call her jennifer when i'm mad at her though. mostly its jenny.
my 1997 GT is named Beauty,because thats how I see my car and I loved the story of blk beauty when I was young--since my car is blk it just seemed to fit
Well I call my car 1 of 2 things, my Lil Duece Coupe because its a notch and when I think of cruising the strip with friends I think of the song by The Beach Boys, and Mustang Sally, well because shes a stang. I guess being and car nerd wasnt enough for me, I had to take it a step further and be a music nerd too!
