I'm sure this was posted on the forums here at some point, a gentleman with a BAC of 0.29 was arrested after crashing into a parked car. He pleaded guilty, I'm not aware of what the consequences he suffered where though. The interesting part was in what he was driving. It was a suped up recliner, with headlights, a lawnmower engine, and a radio. A true super-vehicle if I've ever seen one. Just needed a toilet. Well the police department sold it off and made 11,000 off it. Which is a poor shame as they had to relist it, as it was originally selling for 40,000+. Just a funny little story.

The real BS thing about that story is the fact that the police confiscated the chair from the guy. I mean - come on -- he was screwing around in a homemade contraption built for humors sake. So he got tanked and crashed -- but to penalize this poor ******* to this extent? "America, the land of the Free????"

I think they should have punished him but let him keep the hotrod recliner.
