uhh...twin turbo. even with a mild tune on his car i think he'll prob win just because of the turbos though. that and his car is a lot lighter. it hurts to say that

yeah the turbos... i would race from a dig for sure. don't let him have boost right away and i think you may have a slight edge. thats hard to say though.. i wouldnt bet any money on it hahaha do it for a friendly race and yes... it does hurt to say that.

it he knows what hes doin he can get the turbos spooling before launch. And if he doesnt burn the tires to the ground you are screwed. But if he doesnt you may have a chance dependig on turbo lag.

his turbo Z is nearly 20 years old and is still stock? that should be a crime. but, it is old and it certainly isn't putting out the 300hp that it came with.
is it an auto or manual?

I think he'll walk off an leave you. Pains me to say it but like everyone else said his car is lighter. He'll get up to speed a lot quicker. I personally don't think you have a chance

I hate it, you'll probably take him from the start but he'll get you at the finish. Those turbos can put out some high rpm. Lower the psi in your rear tires to get a little bit more traction. Good luck!

Don't cower from twin turbos, just because it has twins doesn't mean he's going to win.
They're not slugs by any means, but they're not all that either. It would come down to the driver, as the twin turbo maxes out around a mid 13 in the quarter.
+1 Those cars aren't THAT light maybe a little more than your average fox body, those cars came with alot of options. Those turbos will only do so much stock although they can get down when you turn up the boost.
