It may not even be a REAL Roush...It may be "RICE" Too many running the roads out there. Just be careful and investigate it as much as you can. so far everyone has given some great advise. Protect Yourself and your investment.

Depends on the state. Some states have multiple forms of titles. In CA, you can sign over the registration and sign a release of interest, without signing over the title. The bank holds the only title until the loan is paid. It happened to a friend of mine, she bought a car from a family member that was in the military and going over seas. He sold her the car, but didn't pay off the loan therefor, she had no title. The car was reported stolen when the repo man couldn't located it and she was pulled over for speeding and when they ran the plates, it turned into a felony stop.

Yeah but can you really put that stuff on the car to make it look like that without it being legit? I mean that engine shot looks pretty convincing to me. The only thing that was suspicious to me is that when i looked on Roushes site to compare pics i noticed that the exhaust isnt out the side like it was on the other mustangs on his site. What do you guys think?

OK thanks again for the help! You guys know a lot about these cars! Especially thanks for the pics to compare with! I think that they at least look the same (I know looks arent everything). But now at least I know that its worth buying it. I'm wiring the seller the money tomorrow and he'll ship the car tomorrow or Friday morning. I hope everything works out. I'll keep everyone posted.
