Later today after my college classes, i am going to a one of the biggest Circuit City's in Maryland to talk to the Road shop and store manager to hopefully get transferred to do the Car Audio install. They carry a enormous selection of Car Audio that no other Circuit City really carries, they can get in any Car Audio piece you need, whereas the other Circuit City's do not offer that.

Mostly: Alpine, Audiobahn, JL, Pioneer, Sony, Rockford Fosgate, etc.

But anyways, i have been working in the Warehouse for $8.50 an hour, not bad for a first job (Not counting working for my father) and if i get hired over there i will get $10.50 an hour.

I have been promised to be moved back in our Roadshop at the Circuit City i have been working at since December, and everytime i ask they have a crap excuse to why they cannot move me. So i will try and get transferred.

I talked to my store manager about moving, and he said he will sign the transfer papers, and the people in Warehouse now will pick up a few hours to make up my missing until they get someone hired, which isn't a big deal since i only work about 17 hours a week.

Minumum for Roadshop is 20 which is fine since they close more early, giving me time for school work.

Will post results when i find out if it's official, but the Road Shop manager over there said they have 2 part time available spots, so sounds good.

Good luck dude. Sounds like a great job. Mmm audiobahn, yummy. I plan on building the Coupe's system completely from Audiobahn componetry.

However I would like to kick you in the teeth for getting 8.50 an hour in a warehouse. You should see the crap I do for 8.50. I'm really praying this job in GA works out. Hey Vene, your dad is a huge vette guy; could you do me a big honkey favor? Could you see if he has any info on the 63' Vettes? Particularly dropping a motor and tranny into one?

I called the Store Manager today, but the Road Shop Manager is not in, we will talk about it Friday he said, he is going to call my Store's manager to see how well of a employee i am, and if i show up to work and do not call out a lot. Which is going to suck, he asked the last time i called out (I forgot i just did Saturday, because i was scheduled a day i requested off a month in advance for the driver improvement course i had to take due by court) and i said my court date was last time i called out (Once again, scheduled when the manager that made schedyle KNEW i couldnt come)

So i may be screwed, because the Assistant manager at our store says if you ask for a day off 2 weeks in advance you will get it, but everytime i do, i get scheduled and have to call out.

Cool, got the news today while at work. I move there April 1st. 10.50 an hour, but most likely a pay upgrade right away since they were gonna give me one here. WOOT
