**62 Austin Healey** My grandfather used to own one of those! He was over 6 feet tall and seeing him get out of that car and his Bug Eyed Sprite was quite a spectical

BTW, I'd say I'm a Mustang lover, but I still miss my Karman Ghia that Dale tore apart and never put back together *sigh* *sigh*

I'm also a #6, but the Mustang takes spot 1

I have been a lot into german cars, specially Mercedes and Porsche.
As far as GM and Chrysler GM takes place #2 and Chrysler i wont even consider it, not even a Viper which i consider a bad copy of the Shelby Cobra.

I am also a #6 guy, but of course a mustang is my #1 pick. Is this all sounding familiar?

Give me something made by FoMoCo or GM.

Camaros, Stangs, Firebirds, Cougars, Thunderbirds, Novas, Chevelles, Galaxies, Falcons, Pintos, Capris, Capri IIs, Fairlanes, Trans-Ams, Bobcats, F-series Trucks, Chevy C/k and Silverado trucks, You name it. If it's rear-wheel drive and manufactured by FoMoCo or GM I've either driven one, ridden in one, owned one, drooled over one, or raced against one.

If I were rich I'd have the following:

1968 Camaro SS396
1970 Mustang Boss 302
1979 Pontiac Trans-Am 6.6
1989 Camaro IROC-Z
1994 Mustang GT
1978 Mustang II King Cobra
Mustang II Monroe Handler
1966 Chevy Nova SS
1957 Thunderbird Convertible
1932 Ford Coupe Hot Rod (with a 351 windsor, no Chevy small block belongs there!)
1973 Mustang Grande (for my dad)
1981 Lotus Turbo Esprit (for my mom)
2003 Mercury Marauder
1986 Mercury Capri ASC McLaren

Also have a 2003 Dodge Ram (lightly modded daily driver/tow rig/office/dining room/home away from home/workshop... I call it "The Big Blue Dawg".)

I'll take #6. I've been a Chevy man for a long time, (only because my family always bought them instead of Fords and never had any serious problems) and the guy that helps me do motor work is hard core Chevy who actually likes my Mustang! Anyway, I'm a first time ford owner as of Jan/02 an it's a 94GT-completely stock. Why Ford, well I think the Mustang is the best looking car on the road, period. Have I been impressed with the car so far?, No. Burns oil quicker than I can put it in. 1-2 quarts every 450-600 miles??? 68,000 miles... (Already asked the question on the forum and got zero responses back) The throw out bearing is gone and I'm waiting for the rest of the bad news to go with it. Other minor things I've never experienced with a car of that low mileage. Next month is re-build time, (306) and new everything! Thanks to this great forum, I have a good idea as to what parts I want in it!!! Hopefully that will solve my Ford to-date problems. I hope you guys wont be annoyed at this post!

Well, #6 here also, but I won't drive a GM product. Ok, so I will drive one, but I will never own one. Call me closed minded, but I jus don't like them. I have been raised around mustangs, and have always loved them, so I think I will end up with one sooner or later. But, until then, I have to drive my Dad's 68 428CJ Fastback.

#6 for me too! What can I say I love the look and sounds and just the raw power of any good muscle car or even import that is done tastefully. Forget all of the body kits and stuff like that, if you have a nicely tuned car with a vulgar display of power, its great. I'll agree with some of the other members in saying its the attitude of import drivers who don't work the cars themselves. They just don't appreciate the time, effort, and money that goes into their cars to make it tasteful.

If I were rich hmmm....
69 Camaro SS
67 Shelby
03 Cobra
maybe a newer Camaro SS
Newer TA
'Vette Z06
and of course my 98 V6 'Stang as a daily driver.
And just for a little imported flavor a Supra with twin turbo

Thumbs up Choice's on cars.

The only cars I like are Ford Mustang's and Cobra's but,I
do like the body style of the 96+ Pontiac T/A and the power
of course.I really only see my self driving a Mustang or a
Cobra so, my love for american muscle car's will never change!

Just went to a car show that had all types of cars, foreign and domestic. I visited FORD cars only. Guess that makes me a FORD only guy.
