01cobraviperetr , but you are exactly right! The refinancing flurry is over. Too many used the extra money they received by refinancing to buy cars and other big ticket items and then they take 15+ years to pay off that loan! Personal debt is a HUGE problem in the long term health of this nation's economy. Personally, I have ZERO debt!
NAFTA was a Jimmy Carter idea pursued by Reagan, Bush and Clinton, so although I think Clinton's policies stunk, we cannot blame him for NAFTA. Personally I have mixed emotions about it. There is no doubt it helped the economy in the short run, but the jury is still out IMHO.

I would never debate the Holy Grail of the assembly line. Obviously, the numbers have backed up for years that the V6s stang sales are king over the V8s.

I can't argue with NAFTA--because you are correct. Its been pushed by a few predecessors before Clinton. Sadly, I am a bit of a hypocrite when it comes to waging the war of personal debt. I have a considerable sum---but this year my salary is dedicated to wiping it out. The only thing I will be spoiling myself with this summer is a new Viper T-56 and 4.30 gears. Judging by the quality of the items---I believe its an expenditure that can be justified. But I am glad that we are on the same time. I hope are Democratic brothers and sisters start coming around and seeing the dangers that their party pose. No party is perfect or without flaws. But for those who follow politics---they can see the fine distinction bewteen the two parties. Nothing gets me more pissed () than liberals talking about putting a Duracell battery in my cobra!!! These radical environmentalists are going too far. Scientifically speaking----there isn't a scientist around that can prove that greenhouse gasses CHANGE global climate. As far as I'm concerned----thats the biggest lie being spread by environmentalists and scientists alike. Our nation is demonized as if we are the only industrial nation on the planet. Here's my challenge to those that oppose. Prove it!!!!! Prove Bush made the planet dirtier through his policies. If anything---our nation is less of a polluter than Europe. Diesel is an incredibly filthy fossil fuel. Not only does its combustion produce CO2---but it produces soot. So let the Europeans hear the stupid arguments that they raise---when science obliterates their platform.

I stopped short of saying Mustang Mike, but I too believe that there is no global warming. Climate changes have taken place worldwide over the past few 100 years. Thats just the earth doing its thing. There may just be an ozone layer hole---but the earth has the ability to cleanse itself through the vegetation. God knew exactly what he was doing when he created the earth. A lot of people just don't want to recognize that this talk about us having to find another planet---is just science fiction baloney. The world's oil supplied are going to last a heck of a lot longer than scientists speculate. Speculation is no exact science. There may be getting dirty---but is also becoming clean on a daily basis. Personally--let the ozone hole get bigger. I'm tired of going to tanning salons to lay down a good base tan.

I remember when we used to get tones of snow the last 5 years have been very dismal (which I don’t mind since I hate snow) you know its funny just last week we had on of the coldest days on record. :thumbsup

Yes its December 30th and I just got done washing my car, nice day don’t even need a jacket. I remember when we used to get tones of snow the last 5 years have been very dismal (which I don’t mind since I hate snow) you know its funny just last week we had on of the coldest days on record. :thumbsup
