Default I NOW understand rice

Long story short...
My Explorer got totalled and the rental car we got is a real POS, it's a 2004 chevy caviler. BUT now I see why ricers think they are able to go fast, seriously, I start getting a funny feeling at 45mph, (it feels like 90mph in a stang) and then at 80mph, it down right scary!!! These little cars have no substance and you really feel like you a** is hanging out there, not like the feeling in a performance car, where you feel safe and almost as if your in a a cockpit, these thing are more like riding a radio flyer down a hill...IT DOES FEEL FAST, I GET IT GUYS

The whole cockpit thing makes it seem a lot slower. I've driven an 85 Impala, and it felt so fast at 55. But in that, you don't get the feeling of danger, I kind of get the feeling of power. It's so much bigger than the mustang. I feel fast and powerful in it.

It's also if you've driven anything faster. I used to think my parents Saturn SL1 was pretty fast. I thought I could pull a fairly decent amount of power out of it. But then, once I beheld the power of a mustang, I realized the meaning of real power.

I'm so comfortable in my Mustang........................................... ..........

......................
that sometimes I just happen to glance down and notice I'm doing 90 mph on the expressway.......and perhaps should slow down to a more unsafe speed to give the law the illusion I'm a law abiding citizen........................................... ..........

I work at a Chevy dealer and when we wash cars we usually drive them to fill them up with gas. I drove a 04 Cavalier 5 speed. I hate to say it but it was fun!!! I really did feel like I was driving a radio flyer wagon. I hate the clutch on those cars but man once I got the hang of it I was all about pretending it was my Mustang

Of course it wasnt.... Now the 05 Corvette w/ 6 speed thats a supercharged radio flyer

I use to have a 91' 240SX 5speed and that thing was acctually fun to drive. Being a RWD made it loads more fun but i can't talk about the FWD cars because i've never had one. I kind of wish i had the 240SX because it was a fun car to drive. unfortunitly the timing chain was going out so i decided to sell it. it was going to be over a grad to fix and i didn't like it that much. Then my cousin use to have an old Celica GT-S, i think it was like a 89'. that thing was faster then people thought and it was a real beater, really killed some other ricers who thought they were the sheat. we have both moved on, i got the Mustang he's got the Bug. it great!

yea....me mom has a Volvo..a Volvo S40 that I used to drive before I got the stang...I could feel the power of that 1,8 Liter 4-cyl FWD..and it moved really good to just be 144 hp....
BUT THE
I bought the stang...and now...when I drive side by side of my mom, I love to take a fly by to show here some real power....hehe...she have rentet my car ONE time...and she came back to me and said (after she was finish driving): hey now I know why it is so funny for you to take a fly by in front of me, hehe...I took it myself without knowing that, I though I was going in 90 km/t, but the actual speed was 140 km\t...so mustang is a great car...

I haven't actually seen any guys driving The Bug yet..................

ALTHOUGH, the turbo is supposed to have some power...........I think..........

I hate the way they look.

Rather drive a Mini before I got caught in a Bug.............

I haven't sat in the VW or the Mini....come to think of it...........
I barely fit in the Mustang.

I heard the Mini can handle a 6 foot tall man.........I'm 6'-2".........But depending on how you adjust the seat you can make it work alot of times...........

My seat in the Mustang is ALL THE WAY BACK.....AND DOWN!.....with the seat back "super-reclined"

The bug is not too bad, but it really is the kind of car that you have to like to drive it. the thing has no shocks and has a very bumpy ride. also, my cousin can drive with his right arm on the passenger side door!! that thing is extremly narrow. but it is the car he was made to drive, he just wouldn't look normal without it.

I went to the San Jose International Auto Show yesterday..........I didn't get a chance to sit in one because of all the small children sitting in all the cars....!
Why do people let their kids go to these things!.......I can understand teenagers but babies and tottlers!
AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!

EVERYTIME I WENT TO SIT IN A CAR THERE WAS A STUPID LITTLE KID IN THE DRIVERS SEAT!

They had a Badass Bug there too! Meats all the way around , Turbo, nice paint......

Sat in the new Mustang too........after I finally kicked some snot-nosed brat out of it!.......Her Mommy was not pleased.......but she looked at My Ford Racing hat and decided it wasn't worth it......hehehehe
............good decision lady!

The new Stang looks cool from the inside too!
The front windshield is shorter!.....it's like looking out of a bunker hole!........It's cool though.....Even if the gear shift is too far forward.......
