Ya know since I'm in the military I don't have any choice but to work when I'm told so when someone pulls some BS like that in the civilian world, I'd just tell them that's they're outta their mind making every single employee work open til close and you're not gonna do it. But that's just me.

If you don't like your job, get outa the way and let someone else have a turn at it.

Apparently, you've not had the experience of being unemployed for an extended period of time; watching your savings and retirement money go to pay bills -cuz you can't getta job.

Man tough crowd here at AFM.
I like my job, But if anyone else wants it come on and get it.
I am sure everyone out there has played sick before at there
job.
Yes I was in the military for 4 years and yes you are right. When they tell you to go you go until they tell you to take a brake!
I am glad you are in the military protecting our country. When you get out and if you elect to go back to a civilian job you may want to call in sick also.

grow some courage and tell him you aren't going to work, or stop complaining and go. The rest of us do, and use our sick days for when we actually need them, like when we can't get out of bed because it hurts too much to even sit up.

Wow...at least I know you're fooling around. Tough crowd is right!!!

You could try this...Call in well. Tell your boss you have been sick for the last two weeks and came to work anyway...but today you feel really good so you're not coming in.

I am really suppried.
Only one person here had something and knew I was playing around.
Well I am really supprised that you people have never called in and said you
were sick just to get a day off.
I got the best excuse ever from a friend that beats all of your smart remarks.
About being thankful I have a job. or Grow some courage or the best let someone else have my job.
I am currently interviewing my replacement if anyone is looking let me know.

Tell your work that your Mustang is not feeling good and is running a high fever , and you have to stay home and care for your sick pony .
They will understand:thumbsup
