My 2¢, I see how some of these kids dress going to school and it's a shame the parents let them do it. School is their job right now and when they dress like prostitutes and street punk ass wanna be gang bangers … they deserve what they get. My kid has to wear a school uniform mostly from lands end. All the kids look great and they worry about school work and not what the other kid has on.

Massachusetts kids score better no matter what. The state invests in education.

There are as many nerds dressed poorly who ace every exam as there are preppy dressed kids who flunk.
