I'm still waiting to hear which of my 6 choices I got, but I'm hoping HANG ON is the one I end up with.

He had a lower sequence # but mine was built 1st.

At least I got the date to the second she was born, lol
That's truly awesome. Since I bought mine "already delivered", I probably will not be able to find out such detailed info on her. I will be following up though since the Ford guy may be able to help me out one more time. I've never seen pics of the inside of the Flatrock factory, are there multiple assembly lines that the cars move down? That would explain how a lower number may have a later build date based on movement down the lines. Anyway, the info you have on your Stang is really neat to have on file. The more we know, the more we can preserve the history of the fabled Mustang pony cars from the past and present. Thanks for the interaction. We are indeed in a great family relationship with our next generation cars -- built to enjoy and preserve -- what more could we ask?

The VIN values for Ford start with 100001 as the very 1st unit. So, 130814 would be unit # 30,814. I was able to touch base with BlueOvalForums.com and one of the site admistrators -- kzinti -- was able to send me a pdf of my original window sticker plus all of the dates associated with my black 05 GT. I could'nt thank him enough for this data which I could probably never have found if not put in touch with him. Check out the site -- it's kinda the "unofficial" "official" Ford site -- you'll see what I mean when you visit.
I'll get the pdf off to you -- it would be easier to send direct to your email as it's a large file -- let me know which email address to forward the files, and they'll be headed your way.

Default new plate

Well, I just can not seem to make up my mind. I ordered and received MYWKDGT as soon as I brought my girl home. But as expected it just did nto work fo rme. It was supposed to read My Wicked GT (MYWKD GT) but my first impression was MY Weak Digit (MYWKDGT with no space), so I changed my order, now plate will read 05PNYGT, surprisingly it was not already taken. But here in CA, most of the good ones were gone.

I have ZEP RULZ.

Thought about getting 300HP GT, but keeping a Led Zeppelin related plate on such a retro car is pretty cool.
