Default The Dork's Mustang Lounge

When I bought this house, I told my wife that the basement and the garage were MINE. Everything else I couldn't care less about. So I started to create a Mustang Lounge of my own. I've got a long way to go, but it's getting there. Right now, all we do is play darts down there with the occasional threat from my GTO lovin buddy that he's gonna use all my stang stuff for dartboards. Gonna build a mini-bar and get some of those Ford Racing barstools. But I'm having a hard time deciding about a future purchase....... Brunswick pool table ...... or supercharger....... hmmmm. I do love pool, but dammit I want a supercharger!

You probably have a better chance of winning a pool table in a drag-race, than you have of winning a supercharger in a game of pool.
Actually, both scenarios are pretty unlikely. Just my 2 cents...
Looks like a pretty cool place to hang out. If I were your neighbor, I'd want you to get the pool table.

Of course being the speed freak that I am, I'll say the pool table. Nice place. I'm hoping to have a spot in a new house like that here real soon.

Either way I go, it's gonna be expensive, and won't happen for some time. The wife would like the pool table also, so I think my mind has been made up for me already, but like I said, a nice Kenne Belle sittin on top of my motor is justa callin my name! Gotta build the bar before I do anything else, though. I think the poker room might be getting relocated to the Mustang Lounge which will take up a good portion of space but the wife wants her dining room back. Many a fun, drunk night were spent at this table, and many more will come in the Lounge. You are ALL more than welcome to come over, so if you are ever in eastern Ohio, let me know. We'll go cruisin then hit the poker table!!

Well, I think you made a great choice. The pool table won't make your car go faster. And look on the bright side. (from a female) when the marriage goes bad (and it will) she will get the house. you will still have the car and the supercharger! and the faster you get the hell out of there the better. Super charger great choice!!!
Oh, I really like what ya done with the place. Great for entertaining.

Do you have enough room for "car furniture" ? It'd be neat if you could take a grill, headlights and wire them on your wall somehow, get some 'Stang seats and convert for furniture. Hood for a table, Front end for your bar. I know, pricey, but possible?! Don't know what you have access to....Great room, pool table with 'Stang Emblems on the sides would be cool.

Look for yourself: eagled.com, sweetsofas.com, type in car furniture or mustang car furniture and they've got bars, they show you how to do-it-yourself on www.titchnel.com, they've even got wood and car on www.fabulousfurnitureon28.com. I have access to upholstry people, I can paint and a friend of mine welds, so like I said, I don't know what you have access to. Again, Great Room and best of luck on finishing it out.
