Ummm, I can only recommend State Farm, every other insurance company I've dealt with has screwed me around/over... I have State Farm though, and even when the accident is my fault, they've worked with me, even if I hadn't done enough damage to hit my deductible and require any real effort on their part... plus, that rental insurance came in real handy last year when a St. Bernard jumped out of a pickup and did a whopping $295 in damage to my GT, but at the same time enough to keep it off the road for over a week. I had to pay all $295 out of pocket since I had a $500 deductible, but my $45 towing bill and my $275 rental bill were completely covered, got to drive a brand-new Mustang for 10 days absolutely free!
