Here's an idea. Lets take a couple thousand service men, line them up out in the desert, and set off a nuclear device to see what it does to them. Oh wait. We did that.
Just goes to show how inteligent government is. We have scores of weapons that haven't been tried out on our own people (or any people for that matter) and know work.
