I did 10 months on the Germantown, LSD42. Pulled lots of great ports. You Navy boys know how to eat!

No, unfortunately I never got my shellback. We were on our way to accomplish that on Sept. 11. I do however have the patch on my cruise jacket. I had already ordered the jacket before 9/11 and we'd been planning on getting it for months. Little did we know...

Yes, power generation, as in the reactor type. I'm kinda using my security clearance and kinda not. It goes a long way towards getting the clearance I need for this job, but it doesn't get the whole job done by itself.

I wish I would have put my clearence to use when I got out of the AF back in 99. Now I'm back on the waiting list to have my investigation re-done, they say it takes about 2 years now .
