Default Exhaust manifold finally broke...
I've had an exhaust leak at my passenger side exhaust manifold for a while now and I've had a replacement on backorder from www.v6mustangstuff.com for an eternity. Yesterday I caught the curb leaving work with my rear tire and when the car came down, the manifold completely broke off from the flange. So for the thirty minute drive home, I had the loudest car in the state!! Anyways, now I HAVE to take it to a mechanic and get it fixed Monday cuz I can't drive the thing without getting pulled over or burning an exhaust valve. So much for saving money.

I think a buddy of yours in Fort Myers Florida lost his right side header. I was at a stop light by my place and on the concrete median was an old rusty header just lying there.

mine broke on my 2000....i changed em myself....it took me a week or 2...real tough...getting around the engine was the hard part

ITS FIXED!!!! And it sounds so good and quiet now!!! And the check engine light is off!!! Beers are on me!!!
