Ok I want to have my 1965 mustang coupe in paint this spring. I love the blue exterior with black interior. Thats why i was going to paint it nightmist blue. The only thing is i dont like the look of it in the sunlight but i like it when it is in the shade. If anyone knows of a really dark blue or has done a custom dark blue please let me know.

About 20 years ago I fell in love with a 65 fastback in dark blue with a white interior. I have wanted a Mustang ever since. When I ordered my '05, I played around with colors, but ended up getting the Sonic Blue. It's the dark blue I fell in love with. I love this color in the light. It has a pearlescence that it just top notch. In the shade it still looks blue. The color code is SN. The current Vista blue is similar, but has less of a purple tint and a bigger metalic flake, at least in my opinion. I pictures of my car in my gallery if you're interested.
