Took my 11 year old son to the Pitt-Georgetown game today at the Verizon Center in DC. What a blast. Kid yelled so much he lost his voice. Only problem was we were rooting for Pitt (my school) and they lost in a close one. I think he took it harder than me.

That's cool Mark..... He'll probably remember that for a long time. I took my Son to a hockey game in Montreal a couple weeks ago. Montreal lost to Ottawa. I get free tickets from the Pepsi guy. It's fun getting out with your "kid" spending quality time.

yeah. it doesn't matter if your team wins or loses. the thing is, him and his dad went to a game together. he is gonna remember that when he is your age and takes his own kids to a game.

heck, I remember going to baseball games with my grandpa. I took my baseball glove justs in case a pop fly came our way. never happened.

the pop flies never go your way. and the winnind and losing dont matter. do you remember your first baseball game? who won? i definately donw remember.

Nothing more fun than going to the game with your son. My son is 9 and he's turned into a die hard Yankee fan.We go to every Opening Day plus a few others. His first game was a Sept. 2004 Yanks/Sox game.Mussina vs. Pedro ,Yanks won 11 - 2 it was awesome. He was 6.We still have the answering machine message he left for my wife from the game with the crowd roaring in the backround.Definitly one of the most enjoyable times of my life......Did i mention he's also a Mustang fanatic!

Kudos to you brother. Father/son time is the best. Mine was spent surfing with my son when we still lived in Florida. Now that we're in Tenn., working on the Stang has replaced surfing(not really, hard to find a suitable replacement to surfing
