I still have stuff over at the old house but will gradually be bringing it over to the new house and will sell off what is left when my wife has her garage sale. I will be getting some stuff done on the old house before I rent it out, but hopefully soon I will be getting some extra income off the rental house.
The new house is outside city limits and is on a subdivision that is a closed loop, there are around 20-26 houses there and they all sit on a acre ( it takes 1 ˝ hours on the riding mower!) the shop is smaller then I originally thought, a 2 car with shop but again will all of this space I can easily put in another larger building to store all the ponies. Pretty soon I will be getting the vert out of storage and finish getting it ready for paint (how many years have I been saying that!) but now that the mach is gone I got to get the vert drivable, I’m going nuts without a nice ride!

how big was the old house
id probably rather keep the mach
I too would of loved to keep it but can a mach make me $500 a month? My old house can.
Decides, you try sharing a bathroom with 3 girls! And at 3, 7 and 35 it was only going to get worse!
Yea but the guilt for my wife paid off, my wife hates big dogs but she finally gave in. I am picking up my Doberman pup in a few hours!
The Pups name is going to be Felony.

Congrats man. I'm just waiting on this divorce to be done before I start looking for some acreage myself. Around here it's not unheard of to stumble upon 5-10 acres for a very reasonable price. With that kind of land I can have my very own 1/8 mile track.
