I believe we will hold an actual car show this time, open to All Fords, and the deposit will go toward the trophies and such. If it also helps attendance, all the better.
I hope everyone catches the part about ALL Fords.
Beautiful trucks, Cougars, Tbirds, Model Ts (with Ford power only, please), etc.
PLUS the Mustangs, of course.

As for a meet this year, he is right, last year we had alot of responses to this thread and alot of people promising to show up and guess what, I think about 7 of us came. Very dis respectful if you ask me. He put so much time and effort into it, spent alot of his money up front to put it all together, my company paid for the BBQ and we had 7 or so people show up. I read somewhere in this thread recently about the possibility of a deposit fee or something like that and I think that is a great idea. At least that way, if someone can't make it, at least Stan doesn't lose money on the deal.

I don't think a date has been set yet for this year, we were just trying to get a feel for how many would be interested this year and what could be done to ensure those who claim they are coming, actually show up.
