Default NHRA roll cage rules

Does anyone know how to find the rules for the NHRA legal roll cages? I have a book and I looked online. I found some of what I needed to know, but now Im stuck one area in particular. Does the cage have to be bolted down and then welded down to the floor or just bolted? I cant find those rules for some reason, am I retarded? Someone anybody help???

Did you look on NHRA website. If not call them.

I am sure it also depends on the class in which you want to run.

Here's a link, it has a diagram and it says it can be bolted in.
