Hello.

There are a number of ways that cash is no longer the prefered method of purchase. Since they started dealer financing, a new car dealer would prefer that you finance the car, and will even give you a slightly better price if you come at him hard enough

, since the interest is money that they make instead of a lending institution like a bank or a credit union. Small, mom and pop businesses frequently prefer credit cards over cash because they can't get robbed for credit card receipts. People don't like carrying large sums of cash for the same reason. If the credit cards get stolen, you just cancel the cards. But, the commercial that you saw was from a credit card company. Obviously, they would prefer that you use their check card over cash. I generally use cards for everything, although, sometimes just for fun, if the person behind me did something to attract my notice, I get out my checkbook in a fast food drive-through line.

I'll dig around in my purse for the pen that I know is not there. They get the entire performance.
