Here are a couple of concept pics of the new Mustang, its looks very similar to the current Mustang, but this one's got a completely different chassis, the one the Lincoln LS and T-Bird are using, hope this one gets more power. What do you guys think?

i don't understand, does it have side exhaust or back exhaust, looking at the pics, it seems like it has both!

I think its up in the air whether or not to use the side or rear exit exahust, I prefer the rear exit, looks better, sounds better too.

Hmmm....Im undecided about the bodystyle. Im still stuck on the 96-98 body's. If I bought a new one, Id want to keep my old hood. hehe

I have that issue of motor trend, nice stuff.
I think the Cobra's should have the Cobra R engine and the GT's should get the new SC Cobra engine, or atleast the un-SC version. 320 ponies in a factory GT would be sweeeeet.

I'm not sure I like the new body style either, I'll wait until I see it in person before I make my final opinion though.

There are also some pictures floating around that are reminiscent of the '69-70 body style. The new body, however, won't be out until 2005 rather than 2004 as initially planned.

Nic - do you know where you saw that photo of the retro looking concept. I saw it once, and haven't been able to find it since.

It was floating around on the Corral for a while. Do a search for my username and you ought to find it since I don't post very much over there.
