This happened recently i think after i changed my engine oil

No mods in the car
Car is around 135,000 miles

Maybe from the spark plugs , i think i changed it once , before a year or more so mostly its from it?

Do you hear any odd noises like a engine tick or knock of any kind? If yes then is oil level correct? If no did this start soon after a tank of gas fill up?

No odd noises , engine is going smoothly , i think i fulled the tank recently so yes ? I noticed that the vaccum /boost gauge on high way is almost at 0 where i put cruise controll at 72 miles

I thought it was from engine air filter so i changed it today but still same
What could it be ?

If it started after filling up it could be bad gas. Are you still on that tank?

Samm….. try adding about 1/2 ounce of acetone per gallon of gas in the car...…. this will help eliminate and water and if the octane or fuel quality is low/below spec, it will help that as well. This will definitely rule out/affirm if it is a fuel quality related issue very quickly which IMHO we are all thinking.

Yes but if you had bad gas leftover issues could still be in tank. I would try what @Beechkid said as he is a very knowledgeable member.

Take a zoomed out shot for location purposes. Been a while since I have been under the hood of 2015+ and especially a V6.

If you have a air leak there that could defiantly be your issue.

Never used the catalyst cleaner before so not too knowledgeable, but where did you apply the fluid at? It should have been applied behind the MAF. If you applied to where the filter is even with filter out this could have messed up you MAF and that would cause the car to run rough as it is adjusting to wrong air/fuel ratio. Either way clean you MAF sensor with some MAF cleaner and see where that gets you. Also for testing purposes use some tape to secure the area you think is leaking. If these fix it then remove the tape and if problem comes back fix the leak.

I think we may be getting closer to solving your issue. Maybe somebody with more knowledge can chime in on the catalyst fluid/cleaning process.
