How do i remove them. This is the 1st time i have done any major body work to my stang and i need some help.

There are two expansion bolts (plastic) up by your grill.

There are either two or four studs on the sides. They point IN.

You may have to remove the wiring harnesses from your fog-lights.

I believe that does it. If not, just follow it around while looking up at it from underneath the car. If there are studs, remove them slowly and allow yourself room incase it falls.
