different 94-95 gt computers?

i was looking on tweecers website and it shows programs for...
t4mo - 94-95 gt 5.0 vert
wh40 - 94-95 gt 5.0

is there 2 different computers? when i did my t5 swap i put the t4mo computer in, it was from a vert. should i get a wh40 instead of a t4mo. is there any differences? thanks, a concerned father who thinks his baby may have the wrong brain. lol

Same computer different program, you should be fine.

When you get the tweecer just set

TRANS LOAD TYPE SWITCH to "0", that tells the EEC you have a 5 speed.

i have a computer from a 5spd, it was just a 5spd vert. i just wanted to make sure there wasnt something wierd programed into it, so you think i will be ok?
