I dont have a tuner yet ,but the mods you have done dont really give the horse that is claimed the best thing you really have is the tuner and you should have noticed a difference with that depending who tuned it. did you have it dyno tuned which from my understanding is the best way to go, the intake , throttle body ,cai, plenum really give better response more than horse and any gain will probaly be noticed on top end more than any thing , the headers are actually no better than the stock manifolds ,gears and tuner would have been a better investment. If younhavent done it get it dyno tuned you should see better results at least thats my understanding I was going to do the intake,tb,plenum but after research i decided kenne bell supercharger which has the intake manifold . I didnt want to waste money on mods that really dont add up to much rwhp, low psi superchargers on stock block work well and are very streetable Im not saying you wasted money on your mods ,people just expect more when they do them its not reality when you do rwhp also sometimes your car can lean out with the mods you have done did you let the tuner know what mods are done?
