Angry Bum deal with immobilizer

Well I was forced to get one of these "bad boys" put in my mustang. Since then nothing but aggravation, headaches and an almost empty wallet. The shop that installed the immobilizer did the installation correctly as far as I know. Then shortly after that I had nothing but agggravation. I had a new stater put in,then went through about a dozen starter solenoids. I might add it was two seperate shops, one installed the starter, the other the immobilizer. O.K so my starter was making noise after about a month later so I took it back to the shop that installed it,naturally they said it was the immobilizer. Then I took it to the shop that put in the immobilizer and they said the 1st shop hooked the ground wire up to the ground wire to the "S" terminal on the starter relay?! I still don't have a car that actually starts. I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone has any advice on what I should do about this as my immobilizer is "Fried" and I am stuck with a huge bill???
Who is actually going to fess up to this?

Check all the wires that go to your starter maybe one is shorting out and frying your immobilizer
