2007 Mustang Convertible Top Issue

I have a problem with my 2007 Mustang Convertible, the top doesn't seem to want to go up anymore. I hear (what I assume is the motors) working but the top won't budge.

PS: Is there at least a way to raise it manually somehow? I tried to force it but I didn't seem to want to go and I don't want to break anything.

I'd take it to the dealer....I'm sure it's under warranty.
