Default Rad overflow bottle

Does anyone know why the coolant in the overflow bottle would constantly need to be filled up?

Because you have a leak somewhere.
Could be anything, a hose, bad gasket, pump, head gasjet, or a tiny hole in the rad.

if you got the SN95 style, it commonly cracks behind the bracket that holds the electrical box.. hard to see unless you pull it... not entirely sure what that box is. will get back to you.

It's a 1992. How much help would a pressure test do for me? I've replaced the heater core, with new hoses, new radiator, rad hoses, new water pump, Mr. Gasket 180 stat, but the overflow bottle never stays full.

Remove the radiator cap when your engine is cold. Start your engine. If you see bubbles in your radiator, you have a bad head gasket.

any truth to that statement?

When the stat opens up will that allow air bubbles to cycle through the system?
