What do you guys think the best mod for my 03' GT without going FI?

Its probably long tube headers, cams, or ported heads. But with each of these a dyno tune is used to achive the best results. What mods do you have now? If you don't have anything now a cold air kit, and mid pipe is a good place to start. An upper plenum and throttle body is also a popular mod.
