Need some help with surging at cruise speeds.

I am new to AFM and am in desperate need of help with surging problems at cruise speeds. I have a 1996 Mustang GT Convertible SOHC. In 4-5 Gears it surges, codes throw "Lean" I have changed Fuel Pump, Filter, Plugs, Wires ,Coils, and idle sensor and all 4 O2 sensors. It does not have Converters. At high RPMs 1-3 gears it seems to do fine but I probably just can't tell. Any advice would be greatly appreciated I am at my last straw.

Try to clean out your mass air flow sensor with mass air cleaner spray.

possible vacuum leak!! Get the brake clean & start spraying around lines/gaskets, when it revs you found the leak!

I cleaned the Mass Air Sensor and checked for vacuum leaks- no luck with either. Do you think it has anything to do with the no Cats. All four new O2 sensors, no luck.

Have you considered a bad throttle position sensor?

What is the Throttle position sensor and where is it and how do i check it, clean it or fix it.

You'll have to forgive me. I'm new to mustangs and dont know a lot about them.. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
