I'm having trouble removing the bolts that attach the lower end of the front strut to the steering knuckle. I'm using the Haynes Repair manual and have made it to this point. This is non-ABS.

I've been using plenty of PB and Liquid wrench with no positive results. Any tricks how to release these bolts?

I'v found about the only way to do it is with an impact wrench. None of my hand tools would do it.

if the hand tools dont work youd have to torch it at that point and then use a wrench, careful though, it will be hot.
