2000 v6 transmission conversion

I have a 2000 mustang v6. It has an automatic transmission and I am wanting to convert to a 5speed manual. I do not have the experience to do this myself without destroying something. I was wondering if anyone knows of a place around ringgold, GA that could do this for me? Any recomendations? Ringgold is a few miles south of chattanooga,TN. Also, about how much would this cost for the tranny, parts, and work.
