Default Transmission Model Tag

I'm looking for information on how to decode a transmission model tag. I'm rebuilding an AOD transmission and can't decipher the code tag on the extension housing. I know the 1984 model had serious defects so I don't want to pt money into a potentially bad transmission. The tag reads

PKA EA1
116009 C21
E9AP EB

Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Since I salvaged the transmission I don't have a VIN or vehicle model to match.

Thanks for the response.
I'm not sure what car it came out of, I found the tranny in storage at my college. From what other people have told me about it they say it's a 1989 full size. This makes me think it came out of a truck, but I'm worried b/c the AOD will be swapped into my 66 mustang in place of the original C4. Is "full size" bigger than the standard 30 3/4" overall lenth? and will I run into any problems b/c of this?
