Remote entry problem

Default Remote entry problem
Hi can anyone tell me why my remote entry wont unlock the passenger door, done what manual says press twice within 3 secs but it seems to only work if you press twice about 20 secs after initial unlocking!!

Update on that is if you disarm the courtesy headlights on unlock the remote works on both doors!! weird
