Default 2004 Mustang GT Hood Adjustment

I need to adjust my hood left to right approximately 3/16 to even up the hood to fender lines. I've done this on older cars by loosening the bolts at the hood hinges slightly and shifting to get proper fender clearance. Does anyone know if the new style 04 hoods are adjusted the same way? Thanks...

The Haynes repair Manual says it is done using the hinge plate slot after loosing the bolts on it for side to side and fore to aft adjustment
If this is what you mean by bolts on the hood hinge I would say yes.

The Latch in front can be adjusted also after you get the hood in the proper place if needed
