Default Installed underdrive pulleys, got a ?

I just installed MAC underdrive pulleys in my 94 GT. Now I here a slight

whine/belt squeal, coming from I believe the alternator. Could my

original belt be too streched out causing this? Do I need to get a

different belt size (MAC says use original belt). Anyone else have

problems or comments?

yep, mine squeaks half the time. don't know what kind they are either. some people say that a certain brand does that. when I start getting annoyed at it I just spray some wd-40 in between the belt and pulley and that takes care of it for a little while.

I have underdrive pulleys which i took off and havent put them back on. I heard that with the pulleys it is harder for your alternator to make power and that is prob. why it squeaks. Also i am running a sound system which takes a bit of power. I personally dont like the pulleys.

No problem/noise with March U/d's here. Make sure your belt is on the groove and not slightly off.
