1976 Ford Granada hot rod parts?

Does anyone know if there is any performance parts
for these or if maybe Mustang parts would fit on it?

i had a 77, what is originally a 6 cyl? not much you can really other then the typical full langth headers, flows, gears i believe its 7" rear you could upgrade to 9" out of a mustang, torino. are you carbed?
