how do i put racing seats in 1965 Mustang fastback?

I have a 1965 fastback, and i want to put racing seats or seats with a harness in it to make it a little safer to drive. Is there a certain type of seat or certain procedure to do this?

Pick the seats you're most comfortable in then fab up some mounting brackets to replace the stock ones or make the necessary adjustments to the current brackets to fit the seats. If you stick with the stock brackets, pull them out to make sure they're in perfect structural shape and fabricate accordingly.
