Welcome... Look for leaking. Also, if you push down on a corner, it should only bounce 1 or 2 times before it stops.

struts main function is to dampen the spring in the front of the car so when the car feel like driving a pogo stick its time for new ones especially under hard braking the front wont stay planted but will bounce
