Default Power door lock problem

I have a 2002 Mustang and the right door lock doesn't work. I have taken off the door panel and removed the actuator. There apperas to be current to the switch. There are 2 plugs that attach to the actuator, the black plug seems to have current, however I can't get a reading from the white plug. When I have the actuator in my hand and I press the door lock switch it feels as if it is trying to move, but it doesn't. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Replace the actuator. Look online and try to avoid the dealership.

yup, sounds like it may be time for a new one, i think latemodelrestoration.com carries them. Not sure if your is riveted in or not though, if so, you may need some tools to re-rivet, for that check Harbor Frieght Tools if they got one in your area, or check there website, good cheap stuff there.
