Default Mass Air adjuster..

Ok, i was flipping thru some catalogs, and has anyone seen a Mass Air adjuster before? basically a box that runs inline to your MAF and has a dial and digital readout so you can adjust your MAF voltage. Other than the tube size, wouldnt this be an easier way to change the computer to fit different sized injectors?
I saw it at www.cjponyparts.com

It will give almost the same results as changing a sample tube in a C&L MAF.
The trick is to know exactly how much voltage to add or substract.

The only downside to both the C&L and the Air adjuster is that the MAF voltage/flow CURVE is not changed.

The curve or maf table is seen as pairs of VOLTAGE-FLOW values, so you actually get more V at the same flow values (as seen by the EEC).

The only way to get PERFECT injector and MAF calibration is with a chip.

SN95's will be more succeptible to MAF and injector changes and most of the time work better with a chip than only a calibrated MAF.
Fox EECs are more forgiving.
