I have a Edelbrock heads #6037, and a roller rockers 1.6 with 7/16 stud mount, my doubt is the next: What pushrods length do I have to use?

And other doubt, which plate guides do I need with these heads and roller rockers?.

That depends on what was done to the motor. Were the heads shaved or the block decked? Either will affect pushrod length.

With guide plates, you are going to need hardened pushrods. The best thing to do is get a pushrod length checker and determine the exact length needed.
